Founded in 1946, the Lausmann company has continued to develop together with the Republic. We have always remained true to our principles: As a family business, even in the third generation, to realize the best solutions for our customers.
Philosophy
With this philosophy we develop and build our plants and special machines according to the latest state of the art and with field-proven components, which guarantee high economic efficiency and maximum service life.
In all our products, the focus is on high production quality, simple operation, minimum energy consumption and flexibility in the work processes.
Thanks to our vertical range of manufacture from complete stainless steel and sheet metal processing to automation, we are largely independent of suppliers. This makes us a reliable partner in all areas of mechanical engineering.
Milestones
Since the foundation of our company in 1946 as a mill construction company, we have specialized over the years in the development and construction of malting plants. They are used worldwide in the brewing and food industries.
Special developments such as the LAUSMANN transfer box malting system set worldwide standards in steeping, germination and kilning quality.
Likewise, our machines are strongly represented in the concentrated feed industry.

Currently, the successful management of the company is already in the third generation.
Management
As a family-run company in its third generation with its headquarters in Regensburg, LAUSMANN Maschinenfabrik is today managed by Managing Director Petra Lausmann-Gutzelnig with the business divisions of malting technology, special machinery and plant engineering as well as the contract manufacturing division. She is supported by Mr. Peter Setz (Head of Sales).
In all areas, they ensure competent advice, correct order processing and consistent quality management.
